Unhappy temple: Ruins of Our Lady of Kazan Orthodox Cathedral

Everything has been against this church; circumstances, money, wars, natural disasters. Even builders and priesthood. But it withstood, although it looks forlorn now. Our Lady of Kazan Orthodox Cathedral was built in 1700s in the village of Yaropolets (Moscow Region, Russia) by the initiative of Count Zakhar Chernyshyov. The grandiose and magnificent Cathedral survived through a collapse, a fire, harsh storms, and even wars. But can it survive through human indifference?
